At Madheshi Kitchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds policy.
Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if:
- The return is requested within 7 days of purchase
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition
- The product is not a perishable or consumable item that has been damaged or contaminated
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
- Receive return shipping instructions
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging
- We'll inspect the item upon receipt
- Once approved, we'll process your refund
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5-7 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs
For defective or damaged items, we cover the return shipping cost. For items returned due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable food items
- Items that have been opened or consumed
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Items purchased on clearance (as marked)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
